We stayed at Melania twice in February this year, during a short holiday in Paphos. In this review I could only focus on the food, which was excellent, and the host's wine, which was the finest drink I have come to drink. However, that would not be entirely fair, because I believe that as much as the quality of the food, it is necessary to highlight in Melania the cordiality with which we were served by the host and his crew. We have not experienced such wonderful hospitality, such wonderful service for a long time. You are masters of your craft and do not change! It is also worth noting that on our second visit my daughter had a birthday and the hosts threw her an amazing surprise, for which we are insanely grateful.
But to make the review complete, we still have to talk about the food - every single dish we tried (we were in a group of 5) was delicious and made up of the best ingredients. If you are there you must definitely try the host's white wine, which was incredibly refreshing and delicious. My son enjoyed the mousaka (George now my mousaka will always be compared to yours), my wife and I ate a salad with dips accompanied by delicious warm pita. And then there was the dish that has stuck in my memory for a long time - the grilled chicken souvlaki - I haven't had chicken cooked like that for a long time, and probably never grilled so perfectly.
And now such a personal message - George, as my wife announced, we are coming back for her birthday, so save some of your wine for us! As my name is Michael it feels like you're getting a Michellin star! See you again as we will definitely be back!
